    What You Need to Train

    • Build running base first — most athletes plateau at 90 minutes because of run fitness, not station strength
    • Train one full rotation simulation every 2-3 weeks to expose your real-world transition cost
    • Wall-ball capacity is the most common limiter — practice 40-50 rep sets after run intervals
    • Sled work should be done at race weight with full rest, then later under fatigue
